In 2012, Dylan Strzynski's car broke down in front of RoosRoast. He had lots of time on his hands, a notebook and pen, plus, a vibrant and hilarious mind. John Roos had a lot of crazy stories to tell.
And so the RoosRoast Comic was born. Because yes, the history of RoosRoast is comical.Â

Dylan Strzynski is a multidisciplinary visual artist and musician. A lifetime resident of Michigan he was born in Flint but raised in the north, two blocks from the lake. He now resides in a wooded part of Washtenaw County not far from where the flying saucer landed. He is also the co-director of The Life We Make, a documentary about artists.
